AA4K WINTER 2026 MUSICAL
rEHEARSALS start the FIRST week of December
Based on the 1992 Disney film and the 2012 Broadway production, the show is inspired by the real-life 1899 newsboy strike in
New York City. When powerful newspaper publishers raise distribution prices at the expense of the kids who sell the papers, charismatic newsie Jack Kelly rallies a city-wide strike. The young workers unite to fight for fair treatment and prove that
even small voices can create major change.

REHEARSAL INFORMATION
Casts meet once a week, plus two weekend rehearsals TBD.
Our traditional main stage shows have 14 weeks of instruction with two final performances at our very own
Z Playhouse in Mission Viejo!!!
We have updated our mandatory Parent Volunteer program – folks can help out during show week, show day,
or with concessions, or may choose to opt out and pay the opt out fee of $100.
It takes a village! A signup sheet will be emailed during the rehearsal process.
