Based on the DreamWorks Animation hit, How to Train Your Dragon JR. brings fire-breathing action, epic adventure and big laughs to the stage. Hiccup is a young Viking who defies tradition and befriends one of his deadliest
foes – a ferocious dragon he calls Toothless. Together, the unlikely heroes fight against the odds to save both their worlds in this wonderful theatrical adaptation.

REHEARSAL INFORMATION
Casts meet once a week, plus two weekend rehearsals TBD.
Our traditional main stage shows have 14 weeks of instruction with two final performances at our very own
Z Playhouse in Mission Viejo!!!
We have updated our mandatory Parent Volunteer program – folks can help out during show week, show day,
or with concessions, or may choose to opt out and pay the opt out fee of $100.
It takes a village! A signup sheet will be emailed during the rehearsal process.

If you miss more than 2 rehearsals, your role is subject to re-casting at the sole discretion of the director.
All casts are subject to a minimum enrollment. Without a minimum enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel any cast. We also reserve the right to change the theme of the show based on the Academy's discretion.
