Summer CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
BEFORE 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE START OF YOUR CAMP/CLASS
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund outside of the administrative cancellation fee of $25, the non-refundable $5.25 registration fee, and any transfer fees, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from the date you sign this contract OR within 10 business days of the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer.
For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday.
To cancel a registration contract, email a signed and dated copy of the following cancellation notice or any other written notice of cancellation to AA4K at ActingAcademy4Kids@gmail.com.

If you cancel, all fees you have paid minus the cancellation fee of $25, the non-refundable $5.25 registration fee, and any transfer fees, will be refunded to your original credit card within 10 business days after delivery of the cancellation notice to AA4K.

WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE START DATE OF YOUR CAMP/CLASS
As a courtesy, you may request to transfer your child's registration to another week and/or another location in the same summer, assuming there are spaces available. A $10 transfer fee will apply.
Is there reimbursement if my child doesn’t fulfill the length of the program or misses a day?
Unfortunately, partial registration fees are not refundable. Camps are priced in week-long sessions, not by day.
Not only is our staffing determined by the number of campers that register, but we also must turn away
other students once the limited number of spaces is filled.
