CANCELLATION POLICY
BEFORE 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE START OF YOUR CLASS
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, outside of the administrative cancellation fee of $25, the non-refundable $5.25 registration fee, and any transfer fees, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from the start of the first class. Once you attend a class and utilize our services, you may no longer cancel. As a courtesy, once you attend a class and if requested, a credit for monies not used potentially may be given, minus a prorated class fee, cancellation fees, registration fees, other non-refundable fees, and materials fees. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday. In regards to Musical Theater, Summer Camp or any other program where casting is part of the experience, emails, phone calls and any other forms of communication will not be responded to. Students do not always receive the role they hoped for, and for that reason, once a student auditions there will be no refunds, transfers or the like provided. Parents are encouraged to process with their actor how to enjoy a theatrical process regardless of their role.
To cancel a registration contract, email a signed and dated copy of the following cancellation notice or any other written notice of cancellation to AA4K at [email protected].

If you cancel, refunds will be issued to your original credit card within 10 business days after delivery of the cancellation notice to AA4K.

WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE START DATE OF YOUR CLASS
As a courtesy, you may request to transfer your child's registration to another class and/or another location in the
same year, assuming there are spaces available. A $10 transfer fee will apply.
Is there reimbursement if my child doesn’t fulfill the length of the program
or misses a day?
Unfortunately, partial registration fees are not refundable. Classes are priced in sessions, not by day.
Not only is our staffing determined by the number of students that register, but we also must turn away
other students once the limited number of spaces is filled. Once possession is taken of materials, they can not be returned and are not refundable.
