"BEAUTY & THE BEAST"
rEHEARSALS start the week of NOVEMBER 29TH
Join the Acting Academy team for this "tale as old as time" this Winter!
"Beauty & the Beast" tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self, but time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. Will Belle be able to save him?

REHEARSAL INFORMATION
Casts meet once a week, plus two Saturday rehearsals (Jan 15 and Feb 5). Our traditional main stage shows have 11 weeks of instruction with two final performances at our very own Z Playhouse in Mission Viejo WITH A LIVE AUDIENCE!!!
With audiences now back, we are going back to our mandatory Parent Volunteer signups to help out during show week, show day, with props or concessions, unless you opt out and pay the opt out fee of $100.
It takes a village! A signup sheet will be posted during the first week of class.

If you miss more than 2 rehearsals, your role is subject to re-casting at the sole discretion of the director.
All casts are subject to a minimum enrollment. Without a minimum enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel any cast. We also reserve the right to change the theme of the show based on the Academy's discretion. Lastly, we reserve the right to change the location of any cast at any time due to availability. If CDC guidelines change during the rehearsal process, we may convert in-person casts to virtual rehearsals temporarily to keep the show progressing toward the performance.

SAfety measures AT REHEARSALS
- Masks are now optional for all students and staff members.
- Actors should continue to bring water bottles to rehearsals
- Actors may bring a mask and/or a personal hand sanitizer if they would like (we have hand sanitizer at our facility)
